The Altroz CNG has the same 1.2-liter, three-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine as the petrol-powered Altroz.

In CNG mode, the Altroz CNG delivers 77 PS of power and 97 Nm of torque, compared to 86 PS and 113 Nm in the standard petrol mode.

The Altroz CNG is expected to have a fuel efficiency similar to the Tiago CNG’s 26.49 km/kg.

The Altroz CNG is expected to be priced almost Rs 90,000 higher than the petrol-powered Altroz and will compete with the CNG-powered variants of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Toyota Glanza.
